Take a luxury room up another notch, and you've got a luxury room with a knock-out view of the ocean. Each is complete with a private balcony and two ultra-comfortable luxury padded hotel mattresses. A select few guest rooms are available with a king (shown). With shower-tub combos, spotless warm marble floors and enough space to really enjoy, each guest room is equipped with 27” cable television, secure electronic key and fully adjustable air conditioning. There's also a hair dryer, radio alarm clock, and optional iron & ironing board plus a strong box in every room.

The Park Royal Ixtapa is well known for comfort, outstanding service and a beachfront location that includes absolutely everything you want in a holiday. With two ultra comfortable, luxury hotel beds and deluxe hotel bedding, a very limited number of king rooms are available upon request. Each is equipped with a 27” cable TV, fully adjustable air conditioning, secure electronic key and a warm granite and marble bathroom as well as a furnished balcony. Every room is far above your standard hotel room. Complete with a hair dryer and radio alarm clock, iron/ironing board and strong boxes are also available.

It all stated with excellent customer service from Pesvical. I kept a list of how many employees they have that gave us excellent customer service. The bell men David was next. The young bartender name, Jose in the Lobby bar. I didn’t even have to ask for my cranberry juice that I needed to mix with my medicine. The other bartender at the Coco bar named Omar was great . The food was good but the servers is what makes the restaurant experience even better. The first night we had a waiter tall gentleman with a name that started with the letter E I couldn’t remember his name. My daughter asked why there was no mango at the fruit salad bar and He asked her right away would you like some. He when into the kitchen and came back with the mango all cut up for her. That’s when I decided that I would start writing down these exceptional employees names. The following day we had a breakfast and the waitress named Lourdes even when she was not our waitress on other days she would help us out. Jesus is other the waiter that goes above and beyond as well. Great events throughout the pool day. Awesome!

Reserved in the Italian Restaurant for one evening. Food and service was excellent. There had been a mix up with our reservation which was resolved, though there were only two tables receiving service, so not sure why it took so long to sort it out? The "Funtastic Team" kept the pool hopping with their games and antics.
